There are lots of things going on to celebrate the season but what is really going on ON Halloween Day/Night? I always leave Halloween plans to the very last minute since it usually falls on a week day and there is not enough time to plan it properly. This year I may have out done myself by over planning a Friday night party for my tween and family trick or treating as well. The Jackson Heights Halloween Parade is the second-largest Halloween parade in New York. It's all about the neighborhood kids and their costumes.
